Now
the “revival” is over in Lakeland, Florida ... it was
never a revival from heaven.
Bottom line
is that Fresh Fire Ministries couldn't verify at least three of the
many, many reported healings for ABC's Nightline news show in July.
Todd Bentley never recovered from a few simple questions,
"Where's the proof?"
I have been pondering what to write about today …
It’s
almost a sin to laugh at the Todd Bentley affair, this ending to a
true or false revival, depending on which side your on, is being
written by God in heaven.
Nothing
surprises our Lord Jesus Christ … when Jesus said on the cross,
"it was finished" he meant it was finished. The Father and the
Son were witnesses to all of the suffering by the hands of evil men
since time began.
People now had a way to end their suffering in salvation “if”
that is. If the believer confessed the Lord Jesus as the Son of
God and repented of all known sin.
The
Blood of Jesus Christ only pays for the sins that we repent of …
you will hear about the sins you didn’t repent of on judgment day.
Todd
fits the reason why St Paul warned us in 1 Corinthians 14:36-40 NKJ
Did the word of God come
originally from you? Or was it you only that it
reached? If anyone thinks himself to be a prophet or spiritual,
let him acknowledge that the things which I write to you are the
commandments of the Lord.
But if
anyone is ignorant, let him be ignorant.
Therefore,
brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak
with tongues. Let
all things be done decently and in order.

Follow Up
Most
people in the church know what happened with God TV, Todd
Bentley, ABC Nightline News show. Todd Bentley took a ten day
break for refreshing after that show aired July 8th with no real clear answers from Fresh Fire or
God TV. Todd comes back for a day or two and then disappears for
weeks. Rumors of adultery surface a month before the truth comes out
that indeed that Todds wife has separated from her husband after
going through counseling for several years.
Fresh
Fire Ministries said in their initial statement that it had nothing
to do with another woman, but a few days later they admitted to Todd
having an emotional affair with a female staff member of Fresh Fire
with more admittance of another affair three years ago with another
female staff member in Canada of which Todd and his wife were
already seeing a marriage counselor over.

Todd
did not enjoy doing things the Lords way ... I really think Todd was
completely deceived. To out and out lie is one thing, but if you
have also been deceived it gets easier.
The devil is more tricky than I thought.
I wanted revival so bad I was willing to accept Todd
Bentley and all of his flaws just to have a tingle. After the ABC
Nightline news show I repented,
changed my mind about what sin is.
The devil wants you to think that Todd Bentley is a
healer, a prophet, the anointed one.
The promise of an end times revival is not in the bible, but instead
it is from man.
God has to get all of the glory, not man.
Jesus
said, "My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me ... If
anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine,
whether it is from God or whether I speak on my own authority. He
who speaks from himself seeks his own glory, but he who seeks the
glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteous is in Him. St
John 7:16-18
And
do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. But
he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whoever
exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be
exalted. St
Matthew 23:10-12
